Abstract

This European Standard specifies requirements for and gives recommandations on the design, installation, alteration, testing, maintenance and operation of drinking water installations within buildings and for certain purposes pipework outside buildings but within the premises (see EN 806-1). It covers the system of pipes, fittings and connected appliances installed for supplying drinking water.
