This document specifies the design parts list and describes the basic principles, their structure and the minimum requirements of a design parts list. The document applies throughout the total life span of the parts list. This document applies to all the railway organisations and partners concerned with the design parts list, and to suppliers preparing parts list on behalf of network users.
