Abstract

Method for the determination of the gum content (residue on evaporation) of aviation fuels and motor gasolines or other volatile distillates in their finished form. For motor gasolines a procedure for the determination of the heptane-insoluble portion of the residue is also described. Cancels and replaces the first edition, which has been technically revised.
